Work content and requirements
Responsibility (including but not limited to):
1. Assist supervisor to finish business negotiation and docking, daily business correspondence, document processing, cooperation, please related work of examination and approval.
2. Assist supervisor to finish billing settlement business, ensuring the safety of operating funds.
3. Assist supervisor to complete the commodity procurement, transportation, loading and unloading, storage, sales, track the performance of the contract.
4. Responsible for market, customers, partners, competitors and other information collection, research and feedback, and timely put forward management solutions and competition of keeping pace with The Times.
5. Assist supervisor to complete the whole process of import and export business, ready to place an order, chartering, documents, foreign currency cancel after verification, the l/c settlement, customs clearance formalities, etc.
6. Assist supervisor to complete the formulation and implementation of project plan, etc.
7. Responsible for related business data sorting, archives, filing work.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. The foreign trade work experience is preferred.
3. The work is rigorous, have strong dedication and sense of responsibility, have good communication ability, execution.
